BANANA BREAD COFFEE CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine wet ingredients then add in dry ingredients to make the banana bread mixture. I always sift my baking powder to make sure there aren’t any clumps that get through! Add to a greased baking pan- I did a 6 in cake pan. You can choose any pan you wish, but baking time may vary. Next make the crumble! Combine all ingredients except the butter. Add in your butter and combine (I used my hands). You should get large, course crumbs. Of crumbs don’t form, add 1 tsp butter at a time until you do. Add the crumble on top of the banana bread and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with a nice hot cup of coffee ☺️🙌🏼
