Banana Splits on a Stick!

1. Cut your bananas in half and insert a Popsicle stick. 
2. First, dip the banana halves in all-natural peanut butter (make sure it has a runny consistency). 
3. Freeze for 10-15 minutes. 
4. To melt the chocolate, add 1-2 tsp of coconut oil per chocolate bar and microwave on 50% power at 30-second increments until it's all melted. 
5. Then, dip the frozen peanut-butter-covered bananas in the melted Lily's Sweets chocolate. 
6. Immediately add crushed peanuts, freeze-dried strawberries, and a little more peanut butter as toppings. 
7. Freeze for about an hour. 
8. Enjoy!
