Black Bean Sweet Potato Burgers

Combine 2 steamed sweet potatoes (skin removed), 1 can of black beans (mashed), 1/2 cup cooked and cooled quinoa, 1 egg, 1/4 cup almond flour (optional, but helps with texture), 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion, juice from one lime and seasoning (pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder). Form the mixture into patties and cook on a hot pan with some avocado or olive oil for about 4 minutes each side. Serve on top of romaine with tomatoes, red onion and avocado, optionally with some green dragon hot sauce.
