Had fish tacos for dinner last night and haven’t stopped thinking about them since. Picked up everything to make my BLACKENED FISH TACOS so I can relive my dinner again this weekend 🌮 These are SO easy to make (as always) and are the perfect summer dish! They won’t disappoint.

What you need

hot sauce

1 fl oz hot sauce

avocado oil

1 fl oz avocado oil

greek yogurt

1 cup greek yogurt

salsa

guacamole

lime wedge

lime

paprika

cayenne pepper

1 dash cayenne pepper

salt

chili powder

½ tsp chili powder

ranch dressing

1 ½ tbsp ranch dressing

garlic powder

½ tsp garlic powder

pepper

cole slaw mix

1 cup cole slaw mix

ground cumin

½ tsp ground cumin

cod fish

tortilla

Instructions

Cut your fish into long, thin filets. Squeeze lime juice into the fish and then coat both sides with the seasoning. Cook in a hot skillet over medium heat for 4-6 minutes each side, depending on the thickness of the fish. Heat your tortillas on a hot skillet for a few seconds each side. Assemble your tacos to your liking and serve!
