Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Buffalo sauce, and salt and pepper. Top with remaining cheese. Put the mixture in an oven safe dish and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with green onion and serve with tortilla chips and fresh crunchy veggies.
