Cleaned-Up Hamburger Helper

Cook pasta according to package. In a large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp of avocado oil over medium heat. Add your onions and sauté until translucent and slightly browned (about 5-7 minutes). Add your mushrooms and garlic and sauté for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Add white wine (optional) and fresh thyme. Then add in your ground beef and cook until browned while breaking it up with a wooden spatula. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Next add the Greek yogurt, almond milk and parmesan and stir to combine. Add to your cooked noodles and season to taste. Top with fresh thyme, Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked pepper.
