In honor of Father’s Day, this recipe for Dad’s Oven-Baked Ribs is shared. These ribs are described as insanely tender, falling right off the bone, super simple to make, and perfect for a summer dinner with coleslaw and potato salad.
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Remove the membrane from the back of your ribs (the ones from TJs have this done already, if you’re unsure just look up a video on YouTube there’s a ton!).
Pat dry with a paper towel and add the seasonings on with your hands, making sure to rub it in well.
Wrap in tin foil and bake for 2 hours, until tender. Remove the ribs from the foil and finish on the grill. If you don’t have a grill, add BBQ sauce and broil for 3-4 minutes.
For the grill, cook for 5 minutes each side, costing the top with BBQ sauce a few minutes before removing from the grill.
