These falafel tacos offer a delicious fusion of Greek and taco flavors that just work! Pan-fried falafels are served in corn tortillas with fresh toppings like lettuce, tomato, cucumber, parsley, tzatziki, Chipotle Bitchin' Sauce, feta cheese, and hot sauce for an incredibly crispy and flavorful meal.

What you need

tzatziki sauce

1 tzatziki sauce

hot sauce

1 fl oz hot sauce

parsley

1 bunch parsley

cucumber

tomato

corn tortilla

1 corn tortilla

avocado oil

3 tbsp avocado oil

lettuce

1 head lettuce

feta

1 oz feta

chipotle

Instructions

If using Falafel Mix from Trader Joe's, prepare according to package instructions, but DO NOT BAKE. Pan fry the falafel in about 3 tablespoons of avocado oil on medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side until extra crispy and delicious. Once the falafel is cooked, place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. While the falafel drains, heat up your corn tortillas. Cut each falafel in half and place on each warm tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, cucumber, fresh parsley, tzatziki sauce, Chipotle Bitchin' Sauce, crumbled feta cheese, and a dash of hot sauce.
