Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Cereal Bites

Combine the peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon together. Set aside.

Place a piece of parchment paper on a large plate.

Slice the banana into thin rounds. Place half of them on the parchment paper. Add a small dollop of the peanut butter mixture to each round, then add another banana slice on top. Freeze for 1 hour.

In a microwave at 50% power or double broiler, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring every 15 seconds until melted and smooth. Crush the cereal and place in a shallow bowl.

Dip the frozen banana bite in the chocolate then coat with cereal. Freeze for another hour before eating.

Store them in a ziplock bag in the freezer for easy snacking!
