Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the turkey, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Combine with a rubber spatula or your hands. Form into 4 evenly sized patties. Drizzle with oil to prevent sticking before cooking!

Heat a well greased outdoor grill or cast iron pan over medium high heat. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through.

Serve on a toasted bun with more cheese and toppings of choice. Enjoy!
