Grilled Chicken & Vegan Cream Cheese Cauliflower Pizza

First, cook the cauliflower pizza crust according to package directions. While the crust is cooking, season your grilled chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and lemon pepper. Once the crust is ready, top it with vegan cream cheese, spinach, red onion, and the seasoned grilled chicken. Bake the assembled pizza for 5 minutes, then drizzle with ranch dressing and island salsa before serving.
