Harissa Salsa Crockpot Shredded Chicken Power Bowl

To make the Harissa Salsa Shredded Chicken: Place 2 large organic chicken breasts and one jar of Trader Joe's Harissa Salsa in a crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours, then shred the chicken with 2 forks.

To prepare the grains: Mix 1/2 cup of Trader Joe's 10-minute Farro with one bag of organic brown rice.

To prepare the egg: Soft boil one egg for 7 minutes.

To assemble the power bowl: In a bowl, combine the cooked Harissa Salsa Shredded Chicken, the mixed Farro and brown rice grains, one handful of arugula, pickled onions and jalapeños (recipe on blog), one 7-minute soft-boiled egg, black beans, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and a generous drizzle of Spicy Green Sauce (recipe in highlights).
