One of my all time favorite cocktails inspired by a drink I ALWAYS get at @villaroyale_palmsprings! It’s so cute for the holidays and also makes a great mocktail if you skip the liquor. This recipe uses tequila but vodka works too, and celery juice can be substituted with any green juice. Ginger beer is used to top, or Ginger Lemon Olipop.
