My afternoon iced matcha has become the best part of my day 🍵💚❇️ It took a while to get the exact ingredients, measurements and techniques down but now I can honestly say my house has the best matcha in town! It’s so good for you too. If you’re new to matcha, start with a bit more sweetener- the matcha has a super earthy flavor and will definitely need to be sweetened up for beginners. But the taste realllyy grows on you and now I just use a little drizzle of honey. In Japan, they swear by matcha to keep them youthful and healthy! This is not the traditional method of making matcha, just the way I prefer to drink it 😊
