Instructions

Place 2 large chicken breasts and 1 cup medium buffalo sauce in your InstantPot. Set to pressure cook for 10 minutes and let it slow release once it’s done (aka don’t flip the valve to release the pressure and let it do it on its own). Shred the chicken, then place it back in the InstantPot to soak up all the juices. Top with a drizzle of more buffalo sauce. Serve the shredded buffalo chicken in grain-free taco shells with shredded lettuce, Greek yogurt, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño hot sauce.
