Lemon Turmeric Chicken

Marinate the organic chicken breast in avocado oil, juice from one lemon, turmeric, pink salt, pepper, oregano, nutritional yeast, and a splash of apple cider vinegar (approximately 2-3 tablespoons of liquid for 2 pounds of chicken). Cook the marinated chicken in a pan until done. Alternatively, you can bake or grill the chicken. Serve the cooked chicken in a bowl with romaine, crispy sweet potatoes, zucchini, and green beans. Top with roasted tomatillo salsa.
