#AD Whenever I sleep over at my parent’s house I beg my mom to make me one of her famous breakfast sandwiches with @kraft.singles in the morning. When I posted Mama Brocc’s perfect breakfast sammie on my story you the other day you all begged me for the recipe so here you go! A lot of you asked what type of cheese she used and her go to for breakfast sandwiches, burgers, grilled cheeses, etc. has always been @kraft.singles. She even used to melt it on our broccoli as kids so we would eat it 😂 It really just hits different and brings back all the nostalgia of my mom’s cooking. #Singles #SquareIt #Ad #KraftPartner . Mom’s Breakfast Sandwiches Ingredients: 4 English muffins 4 eggs 4 slices of Kraft Singles 4 breakfast sausage patties, store bought or use the recipe below 3 tbsp salted butter 2-3 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper Breakfast Patties: 1/2 lb ground pork or chicken 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp red chili flakes Instructions: If making homemade sausage patties, combine all ingredients using your hands in a medium sized bowl. Form into small patties, about the size of the English muffin. Press the middle in slightly with your thumb. Cook for about 2-3 minutes each side in a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Toast your English muffins and spread butter evenly on each half, you should use about 3 tbsp. Close them while you prepare the sandwiches to ensure the butter melts. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in the same skillet as the sausages over medium heat. Crack your egg in the pan once it’s hot. Cook for about 30-45 seconds then flip and add the Kraft Single on top. Cover until melted, about 30-45 seconds more. Repeat the process for each egg, starting by adding oil to the pan. Add the egg to the English muffin with the sausage patty and serve right away or freeze them for meal prep!
