Instructions

Combine 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari, 4 minced garlic cloves, 4 tablespoons olive oil, and 3 tablespoons honey to create the marinade. Optionally, add Sriracha for spice or 2 chili peppers in adobo sauce for a chipotle flavor. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for 1 hour. Preheat your grill to medium/high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts until cooked through, ensuring internal temperature reaches a safe level (165°F or 74°C).
