Instructions

First make your honey ginger syrup. Bring the water, honey and ginger to a boil over high heat. Simmer on low for 5 minutes then let it sit for an additional 20 minutes. Strain and store in the refrigerator.

For the pear purée, blend the pear and water until smooth.

Add all ingredients into a champagne or coupe glass and stir to combine. Garnish and serve!
