Peppermint Pretzel Almond Flour Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine almond flour, baking soda, cacao powder and salt. In a separate bowl, combine nut butter, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla. Combine both mixtures and stir in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and slightly flatten. Bake for about 12 minutes and while they are still warm top with a pretzel. Once cooled, dip the cookie in white chocolate and top with peppermint candies. Let them set in the fridge and enjoy!
