This Sungold Tomato Baked Brie is the perfect appetizer to transition from summer to fall! It’s peak season for tomatoes so I kept it super simple and paired sweet sungolds with @alouettecheese Double Crème Brie for an app that will have everyone asking for the recipe. It’s so simple and always a hit!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and red chili flakes. Stir to combine. Make room in the center for the Brie and score it with a knife. Drizzle with an olive oil then bake for 25-30 minutes until the Brie is melty and the tomatoes are soft. Top with fresh basil, a drizzle of balsamic glaze and more salt to taste.
