A new favorite meal prep or healthy dinner, these Teriyaki Meatballs are easy to make with minimal dishes. Made with ground chicken, they are baked and then tossed in teriyaki sauce, perfect to serve over rice.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or coat with oil. Combine all ingredients except the teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Form the mixture into balls (should make about 12 meatballs) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Toss the cooked meatballs in teriyaki sauce and serve over rice.
