The Brunchwrap (aka Breakfast Crunchwrap)

First, cook some bacon and hash browns (or tater tots) in the oven. Place both on the same baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 15 minutes for the bacon and 35 minutes for the hash browns (or tater tots).

Then, scramble 2-3 eggs per wrap and add some shredded cheese at the end of scrambling.

Take a large burrito sized tortilla and first add your scrambled eggs to the center. Then, layer your cooked bacon, hash browns, guac, and salsa on top of the eggs.

Gently fold in the tortilla until all the edges are folded in, creating a sealed wrap.

Place the wrap seam side down on a skillet over medium heat with a light drizzle of avocado oil. Cook until golden brown on each side. Add some hot sauce and enjoy!
