Viral TikTok Breakfast Sandwich

1. Preheat oven: Add your bacon to a foil-lined baking sheet and place in a cold oven. Set the heat to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the bacon for about 20 minutes, checking periodically until it reaches your desired crispness.
2. Prepare eggs: Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
3. Cook egg-waffle: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter to prevent sticking. Pour in your whisked eggs, then immediately place your toasted waffles on top of the eggs. Ensure the outside of the waffles are coated in the egg. Once the egg is cooked (about a minute), flip it over.
